Abby Reynolds
Director of Strategy
Abby joined LaFargue in 2023, bringing an extensive background in brand and communications strategy. With a discerning eye for effective messaging and purposeful positioning, Abby collaborates closely with organizations looking to develop stakeholder-driven strategies that not only align with their vision but are also optimized for internal and external growth.
From 2019 to 2023, Abby served as an Associate Partner at Southern Strategy Group of Louisiana, a distinguished government relations and issues management firm. As a trusted advisor to clients and elected officials alike, she represented a diverse array of issues across all echelons of state and local government while navigating complex political landscapes and budgetary processes. Some of Abby’s most notable – and personally meaningful – achievements include her work on efforts to prioritize maternal health and wellness by amending the Medicaid state plan to allow for coverage twelve months postpartum, strengthening school nutrition policies and reducing childhood hunger by advocating for the implementation of Healthy School Meals for All across Louisiana school districts, and working with Keep Louisiana Beautiful to secure recurring state funding for the expansion of litter abatement efforts throughout the state of Louisiana. In addition to her policy work, Abby also led the firm's special projects and spearheaded its marketing efforts.
Prior to her tenure at LaFargue, Abby honed her brand strategy acumen at Greenhouse Partners, a prominent Boulder-based marketing agency. With a firm belief in the power of a purpose-driven brand, Abby worked with clients across the nation to build brand foundations that resonated with target audiences through an understanding of the people who comprise the core of their business operations and the people whom they serve.
Outside of her professional life, Abby is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on lives and communities across all backgrounds. When she is not participating in events with local organizations like Forum 225 and Club Blue, Abby and her fiancé spend their days outdoors – snowboarding, leaf peeping and walking their doodles through the historic Spanish Town neighborhood, a community located at the base of the Louisiana State Capitol.
