About the Role
As an Associate Project Manager at LaFargue, you’ll play a critical role in advancing multi-year, high-impact initiatives for our clients. You’ll manage diverse stakeholders, coordinate project activities, and ensure timely delivery of strategic goals. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can balance multiple responsibilities while staying organized and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support strategic initiatives for clients, ensuring timely execution of deliverables.
Develop and manage project workplans, timelines, and goals.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with internal teams and clients.
Coordinate diverse groups of stakeholders and keep everyone informed.
Prepare agendas, take detailed notes, and track action items.
Create and deliver project summaries, reports, and presentations for client leadership.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Strategy and other LaFargue team members.
Support internal projects, including operational improvements and process optimization.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, public administration, communications, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft Office 365, Monday.com, Slack, Miro, and Dropbox
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and visual) and excellent interpersonal skills.
A driven, collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a passion for making a positive impact.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
Support internal projects at LaFargue, including fine-tuning organizational processes and identifying new systems to streamline operations.
Additional responsibilities as needed.
